HCPro: Comply

At HCPro, I served as the UX designer on a cross-functional team, collaborating closely with editorial and development partners in an Agile environment to design a SaaS product tailored to the needs of diverse hospitals and user types. My core responsibility was to translate complex editorial requirements into clear, actionable wireframes that guided development with precision.

Over the course of the project, I designed and presented more than 150 wireframes, regularly leading weekly design reviews to align cross-team understanding and gather feedback. I also developed the working prototype that became the product’s front end, enabling early user testing and validation.

My design solutions prioritized clarity and usability—crafting intuitive pathways for users with varying permission levels to access and manage large volumes of content. I also created custom graphics and iconography to support the product’s visual identity and enhance navigation.

The result was an efficient, scalable user experience that balanced editorial integrity, technical feasibility, and user-centric design.
